RepCloud Drive beta work is moving into one shared browser
CRM Files and the standalone Drive shell now share more of the same fast folder browser behavior and a stronger file metadata foundation.
- RepCloud Drive folders can update inside the file browser without replacing the whole page.
- Drive file records now carry storage backend fields so files can start local and later move to object storage without changing the user-facing folder model.
- Drive file records now expose stable file IDs, versions, etags, permission flags, and a change cursor for future browser polling and desktop sync.
- Drive list layouts were tightened so larger counts, file names, file-type icons, and actions fit more cleanly.

RepCloud Drive is easier to organize
Files, inventory reports, and shared company documents are easier for teams to find and manage from one place.
- RepCloud Drive now gives teams a clearer home for company files, shared files, and personal files.
- File lists are easier to work with, including sorting, multi-select, bulk downloads, sharing controls, and admin-managed deletes.
- Inventory reports now file into a dedicated Inventory Reports folder, and repeated vendor reports update the existing file instead of cluttering the list.
- Account Center now gives admins a clearer place to manage company add-ons, AI access, and connected services.
